Soft-opening pricing
Choose the level of care that fits your home, your needs, and your budget. We’ll confirm the exact scope and price before anything is booked.
A streamlined starting point
Kitchen, bathroom, and main living areas for apartments and smaller homes.
Reachable surfaces, floors, kitchen and bathroom care, plus light tidying in the main living space.
To keep this price practical, please gather clothing and toys, clear excess dishes, and make main surfaces reasonably accessible before arrival.
Whole-home everyday care
A more complete clean shaped around the size, condition, and rhythms of your home.
Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas, floors, reachable surfaces, and a clearly agreed finishing checklist.
We will confirm the scope during booking so the quote reflects your home rather than a mysterious number pulled from a feather duster.
Shared-space relief
A focused reset for the rooms everyone uses—and apparently no one owns.
Shared kitchen, bathroom, living area, floors, surfaces, and light tidying within the booked time.
Roommates should gather personal belongings from shared areas before arrival so the reset can stay focused and affordable.
Recurring, limited-scope care
A predictable maintenance visit for homes that need a little steady help.
A consistent, simplified checklist agreed during the first consultation and repeated every other week.
Available for homes whose size and regular condition fit the streamlined recurring scope.
Limited reduced-rate appointments
A smaller-scope Essentials visit created to keep thoughtful help within reach.
The same respectful care with a carefully limited area, checklist, and appointment length.
A limited number of appointments will be released each month. Ask during your free consultation—no public explanation of your circumstances required.
Starting prices reflect the agreed scope. Home size, condition, add-ons, and special requests may change the final quote, which is always confirmed before booking.

Upcycled restyling
Salt & Sage restylings use what you already own, thoughtfully sourced secondhand finds, and refreshed pieces to make good design more affordable, sustainable, and attainable for every kind of household.
The goal is not to make your home look purchased all at once. It is to create a collected, cohesive space that works for your life and still feels like you.
We talk through the room, your routines, the feeling you want, the budget, and the pieces you would love to keep.
You receive clear options for the room—such as palette, layout, mood, and priorities—so you can choose the direction that feels most like home.
We refresh what can be reused, source secondhand pieces thoughtfully, and bring everything together with warmth, function, and personality.
Clear choices, no scavenger-hunt surprises. Any sourced pieces, material costs, and proposed updates are approved with you before they become part of the room.

No. Some streamlined packages do ask you to gather loose personal items or clear certain surfaces so your appointment time can stay focused on cleaning. Your exact prep list will be short, clear, and confirmed ahead of time.
That is exactly what the free consultation is for. You can describe the problem in plain language—or just show us the space—and we’ll help choose the right starting point.
Yes. Salt & Sage Co. offers Upstate South Carolina Airbnb and turnover care alongside services for local homes.
No—and that is very much the point. We begin with what you own, then consider carefully chosen secondhand or upcycled pieces. After a detailed consultation, you choose from two or three style directions for the room, and every proposed purchase or material cost is approved before the restyling begins.
We are based near Pelzer and serve homes and rentals throughout Upstate South Carolina and surrounding areas, including Greenville, Anderson, Simpsonville, Williamston, Piedmont, and Powdersville. Share your location in the planner and we’ll confirm availability before anything is booked.
Not quite. The collections are previews while formulas, safety testing, final claims, and pricing are completed. You can save favorites to your Basket and message us to hear about the first batch.
